Our Story

Since 1980, Home to Thousands of Amazing Vacations

Charlie Rossley bought this special place in 1980. Thousands of guests have called it home since. And Charlie keeps building: two new rooms recently and always the next improvement on the way. The resort you return to is always a little better than the one you left.

What hasn't changed is everything you come to Jamaica for in the first place: the people, the culture, the warm weather, the cliffs, the sea, and the sunsets. We've been here since 1980, and we're still just as intimate as we were the day Charlie bought this place on a torn paper bag offer. That's not changing. We have 19 rooms. That's it. And every single one has a view.

Resort Information

Location

We are located on the West End cliffs of Negril, Jamaica, the westernmost point of the island. Seven Mile Beach is about 10 minutes away. We are approximately 1.5 hours from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. We offer complimentary luggage storage.

Airport Transfers

We arrange private airport transfers from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. The drive is approximately 1.5 hours along the scenic coastal road. Contact us to arrange your transfer.

Activities

Right off the cliffs, our steps lead to a ladder straight into clear, deep water, with the reef beneath you for snorkeling, and Negril's famous sunset drops into the sea right in front of the deck. Boats pick up from the cliffs for the best reef spots and Booby Cay, and Seven Mile Beach is about ten minutes away by taxi. Ask us and we will set up the bigger days: Benta Falls, Mayfield Falls, YS Falls, the Blue Hole Mineral Spring, the Black River Safari, Floyd's Pelican Bar, the Appleton Estate, a sunset at Rick's Cafe, or a catamaran cruise.

Connectivity

We offer fast Starlink WiFi throughout the property, including in all rooms and common areas, with solar backup power so it stays up. All rooms have a Smart TV. Cell service is available throughout the property.
