Flexible Cancellation Terms
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Your refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel before your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in and your 50% deposit is refunded in full.
Your 50% deposit applies in full to alternate dates of your choice. Date changes are made upon request.
No-show: if you do not arrive and have not canceled, your deposit is kept as a credit toward a future stay.
Stay credits are valid for 12 months from your original arrival date. New dates depend on availability and any difference in rate applies.
