Good to Know

Can I buy one for myself?

Yes. Choose "For myself" and the code and receipt come to your own inbox. People use it to set money aside for a trip, or to spend a bonus on something that lasts longer than a weekend.

Does it expire?

No. It never expires and the balance never shrinks.

What if the stay costs more or less than the card?

Pay the difference at checkout if the stay costs more. If it costs less, the rest stays on the code for next time.

Can it be used on any room or date?

Any of our 19 rooms, any dates that are open, booked on this website. It stacks with the 20% direct rate and with our add-ons.

Can it be used for more than one stay?

Yes. Enter the same code on each booking until the balance is spent.

Can I send it later, or print it?

It sends right away to the email you enter. To time it for a birthday, enter your own email and forward it on the day. Print the email if you would like something to hand over.

Is it refundable?

Gift cards are not refundable, but they never expire and can be used by whoever holds the code, so nothing is lost.
