The best time to visit Negril
By Home Sweet Home Resort · · 3 min read
Negril is a year-round destination. It sits in the tropics, so it stays warm and sunny most of the time, and the West End sunset shows up every single evening. That said, a few seasons are worth knowing about.
December through April is the dry season and the peak. Expect the best weather, the most visitors, and the highest rates. If you want these months, book early.
May, June and November are the sweet spot: lovely weather, thinner crowds, and softer prices. These shoulder months are our favorite time to be on the cliffs.
July through October is warm and green, with the lowest rates and the occasional passing shower. It is also a great time to enjoy more privacy and quiet, with fewer visitors on the cliffs.
